Issue
You are unable to view one of the videos offered in the course or one of the animations is not functioning as it should.
Resolution
If you are unable to view the videos, make sure that Adobe Flash Player is installed on your system. You can download the player at Adobe's site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
Try switching to another internet browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox, which works best with our course.
Lastly, clearing your cookies and cache may resolve the problem. If you do not know how to do so please review our article "Clearing your cookies and cache (Intermediate)"
Additional Notes
If the video pages are the only pages where you are experiencing a problem, please know that the videos are supplemental material and that all the required study material is in the text pages. It would be most expedient to not play the video and simply wait through the required time, then proceed to the next page. You can also try switching to another internet browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox, which works best with our course.
