How long does the certificate last for? If it is 90 days, does that mean from when I first paid or from when I completed the course?

Answer:

Only our Rental Course has a certificate that expires after 90 days.  If you complete a lifetime course, it will have a temporary certificate that will allow to go boating till the permanent certificate arrives in the mail or a printed copy depending on the state.  The permanent certificate will never expire.
