Issue:
My DNR number is not being accepted when inputting it in my profile information.
Resolution:
If you already have a Wisconsin fishing, hunting, snowmobile, or ATV license or a hunter safety certificate, you would have a DNR number. Locate your already existing DNR number or obtain a new number.
Once you have your DNR number from the Wisconsin DNR, enter it into the field provided. If it is not being accepted, check the date of birth and spelling of your name on both our site and the DNR website. They must be the same.
If the info provided on our site is NOT correct, please call our help line at 800-830-2268, so that we may correct it. We provide support Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 CST and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.
If the DNR has the information error, contact them directly to get it fixed.
