When clicking the certificate option in your Dashboard, a download is not prompted or you are not redirected to a new page to continue with the necessary steps before download
- Step 1: Make sure that your browser is up to date, and reboot it. Our programs work best on Chrome or Firefox, we suggest switching to one of them.
- Step 2: Clearing your cookies and catch is also important when having issues with a page not showing or loading. For a step by step on how to clear cookies and cache please look at the article "'Clearing your cookies and cache".
- Step 3: If you are using a mobile device try switching to a computer or tablet with a larger screen
- Step 4: Turning off your pop up blocker if it is currently on may fix the problem you are encountering
