This article will demonstrate how to cancel your Today's Adventure subscription. Note that the only way to activate the subscription is by opting in we do not automatically add it to your account during registration.
If you do not have a course with us, always make sure to check if anyone in your family or friends group registered for the course using your credit card (son, daughter, husband, wife, etc.).
Canceling the subscription can be done in 4 easy steps:
First login to the account at https://www.boat-ed.com/site/login/
Once in your dashboard, select the "Account section". (Image Reference 1)
In your "Account" section, scroll all the way to the bottom to the Billing Section. (Image Reference 2)
- There you will have the option to "Cancel" the subscription. (Image reference 2)
Note: If you encounter issues with canceling the subscription, make sure you try it while using Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser. You can also try clearing your cookies and cache. If you do not know how to do so visit "How to clear your cookies and cache".
