After you successfully complete and pass your course, your permanent card can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Depending on your state or province, cards may be mailed either directly from us or from the state agency.
Cards are shipped through USPS in a plain white envelope with no markings indicating that the contents are certification materials.
It has been less than 5 weeks
If it has been less than 5 weeks since you completed and passed your course, your permanent card may still be processing or in transit.
Please allow the full 5 weeks for your card to arrive. In the meantime, you may continue using your temporary card/certificate until your permanent card arrives, provided it has not expired.
