This option, chosen at the time of your course registration, activates a 90-day renewal period should you not finish the course within the initial timeframe. As outlined in our terms of service, fees for auto-renewal are non-refundable. This guide explains how to manage the auto-renew feature.
How to Manage Your Auto-Renewal Subscription:
Step 1: Sign In to Your Account
Begin by selecting the "Login option" at the top right corner of our website to access your account.
Step 2: Access Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll automatically be taken to your dashboard, where you can manage various account settings.
Step 3: Go to Account Settings
In your dashboard, locate and select the "My Account" option found on the left-hand panel to access your account settings.
Step 4: Locate Payment Information
Scroll to the "Payment Information" section located at the bottom of the account settings page to find your subscription details.
Step 5: Adjust Auto-Renewal Settings
Here, you'll find a checkbox that indicates whether your auto-renewal subscription is active.
To cancel auto-renewal, simply uncheck this box.
Step 6: Confirm Changes
After adjusting your settings, click "Update your profile" to save and apply your preferences regarding auto-renewal.
